Planking and Yoga cited as essential for "Core Curriculum " Improvement: Tales From Normal, Mn.: FICTION

Locals were delighted today when the Normal, Mn. School board urged all parents to see that all students were enrolled in a health club that could provide "Core Fitness" focus, with a special focus on planking and yoga...spinning would be allowed, but some real serious P90 fitness was encouraged...after all...a large improvement in "Core" was being sought...stay tuned as I follow this story.
