Full Employment Achieved but we keep laying off everybody: Tales From Normal, Mn.: FICTION

Just got the tweet from the bass fishermen this morning...there is some confusion as they meet at Betty Lou's for coffee this morning..with all that extra strong coffee and the free whipped cream....they wonder about the cause and effect...is America at full employment BECAUSE they are laying off everybody?
