Demand surges for 400 sq ft apartments: Tales From Normal, Mn: FICTION

Just got the tweet...seems the guys from Normal, Mn., having coffee at Betty Lou's were just stunned that in Minneapolis there is a buying panic for apartments that have 400 sq ft or less, and for the youngins, who see these as attractive, the prices are going for as much at $1200 per month....the old bass fishermen were just trying to imagine how this could compute..with all their fishing gear an all....so little room left to sleep...
