Legislators seek "living wage" but no increase: Tales From Normal, Mn.: FICTION

Just got the tweet from the bass fishermen in Normal, Mn....seems that a distinguished legislator from Minnesota stopped in to Betty Lou's and mentioned that he was all for a "living wage" as long as it was no higher than present...he was all for thinking "out of the box" as long as it was "inside the box"...stay tuned as I follow this story.
