Young Conservative leaders brainstorm---think a new war would be a dandy stimulus: FICTION

With the new election and all, the new leaders are not required to hold their meetings in the public, so there are a lot of rumors of what exactly their solution will be to get the economy moving again....there have been some rumors that they have reviewed the history of the 1930's and are hoping for a nifty foreign war to get things moving again.
